The Tigers Foundation staff are a fundamental component of our delivery.
As ‘School Sport Educators’ they deliver a wide variety of physical education, literacy and numeracy projects, alongside health and wellbeing lessons for primary and secondary schools.
Our lesson plans offer sessions which are aligned to each school’s long-term sports plan and our staff can help with the assessment of pupils and provide an overview of each class at the end of every term.
Our dedicated team all have an enhanced DBS check, are UKCC Level 2 qualified coaches (minimum) and have all undertaken the Association for PE (AfPE) Level 3 qualification, capable of supporting your school’s curriculum and extra-curricular needs in line with AfPE and Ofsted standards.
With multi-sport and multi-skill awards in both sport and dance, our team thrive in ensuring participants in our projects have a great time.
They undergo regular CPD and are quality assured throughout the year by our dedicated team at the Foundation.
In addition, our staff are friendly, flexible and responsive to schools, stakeholders and participant needs. If you have a specific requirement for your school or community group, we would be happy to shape a programme to suit your challenges.
