NETZSCH have teamed up with the Castleford Tigers Foundation to support the community game and ensure as many young Tigers fans as possible will be able to visit Wheldon Road and see their heroes play!
Our first of three recipients is Oscar Huby from Cutsyke Raiders U9s! Oscar was nominated to receive a Junior Season Ticket as he decided to grow out and then cut off his own hair and donate this to Little Princess Trust who provide free real hair wigs for children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatments or other conditions. Congratulations Oscar and we can’t wait to welcome you to The Mend-A-Hose Jungle!
Alongside Oscar, is Charlie Wrightson from Lock Lane U9s! Charlie can’t wait to get back to training and playing with his club and his friends and has missed it greatly throughout lockdown. However he hasn’t put the time to waste as he’s been on the field with his ball and kicking tee looking to nail down kicks like Danny Richardson!
Our final recipient is Reuben Crewe from Methley Warriors ARLFC! He’s been playing at Methley for four years and loves being able to get back down to see his teammates and score a few tries! Reuben’s not afraid of the hard graft however and says he idolises Paul McShane for his rugged defence and can’t wait to see him back in action at the Jungle!
