Foundation Home Workout

First Team Strength and Conditioning Coach Jordan Fentiman teamed up with us to help design a simple 15 minute workout aimed at keeping the Castleford Community fit and active during this national lockdown.

As always remember to drink fluids before, during, and after exercise whilst also remembering to appropriately stretch and warm up before giving it a go!

  1. Squat
  2. Reverse Crunch
  3. Press Up
  4. Plank Jack
  5. Alternating Leg Press
  6. Plank


The format is super simple and easy to remember:
– Work 20 seconds for each exercise, back to back (1 round)
– 60 seconds rest after each round
– 5 rounds in total!
