‘Tigers Conversion Project’ is available for residents who are currently unemployed, looking to change jobs or are seeking training courses.

The programme offers provides individuals direct access to jobs alongside training and skills opportunities, psychological support (confidence, resilience and motivation), enterprise and direct employment opportunities for the most in need people in the Airedale, Castleford and Ferrybridge Districts.

Tigers Conversion also offers over 60 online training courses, free of charge at Levels 1 ‘Award’, Level 2 ‘Certificate’ and Level 3 ‘Diploma’.

The Foundation currently have a number of exciting job and training opportunities across West Yorkshire and is open for applications now.
